Simple php mesasge board uses php and mysql. That is a very simple message board that allows user to make posts, reply posts and search posts. Has an admin panel for wbesite administrator to edit/delete posts in the forum.
Uses just 3 mysql tables and code is done so nicely that it can be integrated with your current website design easily.
